Eligibility Questionnaire

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our clinic, treatments, and how to get started. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us directly.

Getting Started

We specialise in complex and treatment-resistant mental health presentations. Our clinic is particularly well suited for adults experiencing Treatment Resistant Depression, PTSD, cPTSD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, integrative psychiatry needs, and chronic primary pain — especially where conventional treatments have not provided adequate relief.

The first step is to complete our confidential Eligibility Questionnaire. This takes around five minutes. Our team will review your responses and contact you within one working day to discuss your suitability, answer questions, and — if appropriate — complete our eligibility questionnaire.

No GP referral is required to contact us or complete the eligibility questionnaire. We welcome self-referrals. We may, however, request copies of previous psychiatric reports or GP letters to support a thorough clinical assessment. With your consent, we can write to your GP following your assessment.

First consultations typically last 60 to 90 minutes with a consultant psychiatrist. You will receive a comprehensive clinical assessment and, within a few days, a detailed written report with your consultant's recommendations. Subsequent follow-up appointments are usually 30 to 50 minutes.
